The announcement of the JEE
Advanced 2024 Result is expected to occur in the second
week of June 2024, marking a significant milestone for aspiring candidates.
Upon the release of the JEE Advanced 2024 Result, candidates will gain
access to their individual scores and ranks, allowing them to evaluate their
performance compared to other test takers. The result serves as a crucial
parameter for assessing eligibility and pursuing further admission processes
for admission to prestigious IITs.
Following the JEE Advanced 2024 examination, the

JEE Advanced 2024 Counselling
Process
During the counseling process, qualified students
must give their choices per their Rank list. The seat allocation will consider
factors such as the candidate's rank, category, availability of seats, and
preferences filled by them. After each JEE Counseling round of seat
allocation, candidates will have the following options:
Accept the allotted seat:
Candidates can accept the seat allocated to them.
Float the allotted seat:
Candidates can float their seat when needed to complete the following
documentation. By floating the seat, candidates can seek higher preference
options while keeping their currently allocated seats intact.
Withdraw from the counseling process:
Candidates who are not satisfied with the allotted seat or no longer wish to
participate in the counseling process can withdraw their seats. By doing so,
they will forfeit their claim on the allotted seat and will not be considered
for further seat allocation rounds.
